The live curriculum

Six sessions, built in sequence

Each session runs 9:00 to 11:00 AM Pacific and combines teaching, real session replays, and supervised practice. This is the live course curriculum — distinct from the self-paced mini-courses, which cover additional material of their own.

Trauma Foundations and Assessment

  • ACEs, attachment, and developmental impact
  • Clinical assessment tools: PCL-5, ACEs, Self-Compassion
  • Assessment practice and case conceptualization
  • Introduction to memory reconsolidation principles
  • Practicum guidelines and informed consent protocols

Memory Reconsolidation Science

  • How memory reconsolidation rewires the brain
  • Identifying reconsolidation windows in practice
  • The memory reconsolidation script, walked through
  • Session replay: reconsolidation in action
  • Introduction to the 5-step protocol
Session 3

Flash Technique Mastery

  • Flash protocol overview and theory
  • Flash demonstration with Philip Manfield
  • Session replay: Flash with Ren (shame processing)
  • Hands-on Flash practice with peer partners
  • Practice debrief and safety guidelines

The Focused Trauma Processing Protocol

  • The FTP protocol, introduced in full
  • The FTP standardized script
  • Session replay: FTP with Bojana
  • FTP vs Flash vs ART: treatment planning
  • Experiential practice of the 5-step protocol

Attachment Repair Integration

  • Attachment wounds and complex trauma
  • Ideal Parent Figure exercise demonstration with Ren
  • Case presentation: complex trauma and attachment
  • Integrating attachment repair inside the FTP framework
Supervised practicum

Advanced Applications and Integration

  • Mind-body techniques in trauma therapy
  • The post-traumatic growth framework
  • Emotional flashbacks and advanced interventions
  • Final integrated FTP session with instructor evaluation
